Not Included?[]

I don't understand what the trivia bullet point means that says "Percy and Sir Topham Hatt are not included in either version of this story." Why are they on the characters list then? I have a feeling I'm missing something, but in that case the trivia should be more specific. GreatWesternRailway 22:31, December 29, 2011 (UTC)

The date was missing. This story has been published at least three different times and neither 2011 version have Percy and STH in them. Thomasfan Peep! Peep! 01:59, April 11, 2012 (UTC)
