Thomas Visits the Toy Shop/Thomas' Milkshake Mix was an interactive storybook cartridge intended for the TeleStory Interactive Storybook System released in 2006, developed by HotGen and published by Jakks Pacific. It features two stories adapted from Series 9 episodes. In the pages of the story, pressing the four coloured buttons would trigger animations. The narration was done by Robin Smith.

- In the first scene of Thomas Visits the Toy Shop, two unknown engines (a red one that resembles Henry and a dark blue one that resembles Thomas) appear on the bridge above Thomas. Some grey coaches with window surroundings that resemble Annie and Clarabel also appear.
- In Thomas' Milkshake Mix, Thomas and Emily were given animated faces instead of using their original faces.
