The Adventures of Thomas (French: Les aventures de Thomas) is a 2003 French VHS release featuring the first seventeen first series episodes. It was released on DVD in 2004, only featuring the first nine first series episodes. All episodes on both the VHS and the DVD are narrated by Gérard Boucaron.

English Translation

THOMAS, the mischievous little locomotive, lives with all his friends on the island of SODOR. Together they try to keep the railway running in good spirits. But everything is not so simple and the friendly little machines often have to deal with many unforeseen events...

• This is the first Thomas & Friends VHS/DVD released in France, although French dubs of Series 5 episodes had been previously released on VHS in Canada in 2000.
