- The US DVD included a free copy of The Ultimate Diesel Guide.
- The back cover features images from Percy's Parcel and Wonky Whistle.
- This is one of only two US/Canadian DVDs to include footage from both the model and CGI eras, the other being Wild Water Rescue and Other Engine Adventures, which includes a 2-minute model era cut of the Determination sing-along.
- The Roary the Racing Car bonus episode on this US/Canadian DVD is reused from the 2009 Team Up with Thomas US/Canadian DVD.
- The Birthday Express Game on the US/Canadian DVD features clips from the following episodes:
- On the US digital streaming release, the Engine Roll Call plays three times: once before The Birthday Express end credits, a second time before Buzzy Bees and a third time before the Buzzy Bees end credits.
- Originally due for release on 11 July 2011 in the UK, the release date was pushed back to 16 January 2012 for unknown reasons.[1]
Goofs
- On the US release, Simon Spencer is not credited for producing the episodes The Man in the Hills and The Party Surprise. He is instead credited as "creative producer".
- On the Canadian back cover, 2010 is the year listed but it was not released until 2011.
- The last few seconds of Double Trouble are cut off.
- The back cover of the UK release does not list the "Guess Who?" puzzle as being included.
