Pullman is large blue diesel engine who is a member of the Carriages of Justice. He is said to be the strongest engine in the universe. He is seemingly Diesel's favourite character.

This super-engine is painted bright green with yellow skirting around the front and amber skyline casing along their top. Their wheels and running board are painted red. On either side of their front they have slate blue wings.

Cosmic Caboose is painted red with a purple roof and running board. She has yellow wheels and a yellow lightning bolt logo with a purple background on her sides.

- Cosmic Caboose is a heavily modified version of Bruno. Changes made include:
- The buffers, handrails and the details on top of the cupola are removed.
- The veranda railings are shortened in height.
- The layout of the windows is changed.
- Bruno's smokejack is replaced by a curved golden pipe.
- Her cupola has been moved further back, making her an offset cupola caboose as opposed to a centre cupola type like Bruno.
- Cosmic Caboose is the only member of the Carriages of Justice not to be a locomotive.

- The name of the group is likely a play on the phrase "miscarriage of justice".
- Despite being referred to as carriages, none of the characters within the group are actually coaches.
