The Cliff Railway is a magazine story.
Plot
Rusty is working on the construction of a new section of track which goes up a steep cliff, and Duncan, Peter Sam and Sir Handel are worried that they will not be able to go up this new line, but the Fat Controller soon announces that special cliff coaches will be solely using the line.
