The Open Top Bus is a magazine story.
Plot
Thomas is taking the Fat Controller around the island in Annie and Clarabel to plan a sightseeing trip. Caroline tells them about an open top double-decker bus who is on trial from the Mainland. One stormy night, the shed where Thomas, Annie and Clarabel are staying has a leak. Harvey pulls in the following morning with the open top double-decker bus; he explains the bus broke down and because he has no roof, he was soaked in the storm.
