The Thin Controller's House is a building located at Crovan's Gate north of the Skarloey Railway's yards.
History[]
The original house was built in 1865 and located next to the carriage shed. The building was later demolished as an economy measure during the railway's lean years (1920-1950). A new house, located next to the wharf bridge, is now rented for the Thin Controller.[1]
