Plot
James is taking Bridget, Stephen, and Lady Hatt to Peter Sam, who will take them to a water park. James says Peter Sam is too small to be useful. Whilst at the theme park, Stephen and Bridget see a miniature railway around a lake. Peter Sam is delighted to learn that there are smaller engines than him.
