The two thieves once burgled the Ffarquhar stationmaster.
Biography[]
One night, the thieves stole the Ffarquhar stationmaster's gardening cups and his new car, which they used for storing the cups and driving away. The next day, a guard informed Thomas' crew about the incident. Later on, while Thomas was pulling Annie and Clarabel, he saw a car which looked like the Ffarquhar stationmaster's car. Upon a closer look, Thomas' fireman determined that it was the same car and the two people in it were the thieves. Thomas' driver had the idea to write a note and place it in the fireman's lunch tin. After Thomas raced ahead of the car, the driver handed the tin to a signalman and the signalman called the police. Soon, the police arrived and created a roadblock, which stopped the thieves.
