- In some illustrations, Henry is combined in his old and new shape and part of his footplate is red.
- Donald and Douglas' running boards are red, their faces are too big and they are painted grey.
- James' safety valve is either missing or painted black.
- Duck's wheels are painted grey and his siderods are missing.
- Gordon's coupling base is missing.
- Edward's tender running board is red.
- Bertie's lining is missing in the contents page.
- In the At The Station page, Percy's wheels are grey and two of the troublesome trucks' outlines are duplicated.
- In the On A Picnic: Letters page, James' cab and tender lining are yellow.
- In two illustrations, Thomas' wheel arch lining is connected to his side tank lining.
- In one illustration, James' eyebrows are missing.
