Steaming Around Sodor is a Nintendo 3DS video game developed by Torus Games and published by Avanques Software, originally released on 2nd October 2015. It was released only in the UK, Ireland, Spain, Germany and the Netherlands (five countries in Europe).

Synopsis

  • This is the second instance in which the "Little Engines" song is heard as an instrumental, but in decent quality as heard from the Thomas' Tidy Up minigame.
  • Emily has her Calling All Engines! whistle sound.
  • One of the cutscene images reuses a picture of Harold from the model series.
  • In some of the minigames, some sounds from different songs are used for different purposes:
    • In Lifting and Loading, Bish Bash Boing, and Harold's Medal Mission, the score sound is taken from the beginning of Never, Never, Never Give Up.
    • In Thomas' Tidy Up, the score sound is taken from the beginning of There Once Was An Engine Who Ran Away.
    • At the start of every minigame, the "Go!" sound is the whistle taken from the beginning of It's Great to Be an Engine
    • At the end of some of the minigames, the "Well Done!" sound is taken from the end of Sir Topham Hatt.
