Thomas & Friends on the Big Screen was a 2007 theatrical episodic feature featuring five eleventh series episodes narrated by Michael Brandon and three songs, as well as a Bob the Builder episode.

- At the showing, an activity book and a $5 Thomas Walmart card were given out.
- A trailer of the Engines and Escapades DVD was shown after the feature. But that DVD came out in the UK first the same year as the rest of that season being released on TV, so it didn't come out in the US until a year later in 2008, first on DVD and then later on TV.
- Learning Segments were shown before the episodes.
- This was the only time that eleventh series episodes were shown in high definition in the US and in a 16:9 aspect ratio.
- This event saw sell-out crowds at fifty participating US theaters.[1]
