Thomas Saves the Day and James and the Express is a 2011 promotional UK DVD released by the Sunday Mail newspaper featuring one first series episode narrated by Ringo Starr and one eighth series episode narrated by Michael Angelis.

Episodes

Thomas Saves the Day - Thomas struggles with a difficult bend ferrying workmen to the new station and derails his coaches. When a runaway train of troublesome trucks becomes loose and hurtles towards the new station. Thomas is forced to navigate the bend one more time.
James and the Express - Gordon the big engine looks silly when the signalman forgets and switches him off the main line on to a loop. James has to pull the express instead, and is very proud.
