Thomas & Friends Volume 28 is a Hong Kong VCD/DVD release. The 2008 VCD release features five ninth series episodes. The 2010 DVD release features four eleventh series episodes and three twelfth series episodes.
Description
Broadcast in more than 130 countries, the Emmy and BAFTA award-winning Thomas the Tank Engine & Friends has captured the hearts and imaginations of children worldwide since 1984. Thomas, is a cheeky, fussy little engine that often gets into scrapes, usually by being overeager to do things best left to bigger and more sensible locomotives. However, clouds never last long in Thomas' life, and he's soon bustling about again, in the yard and on his very own branch line of which he is extremely proud.
