Thomas the Tank Engine Volume 2 (Japanese: きかんしゃトーマス 2巻), also known as Thomas' Mistake (Japanese: トーマスのしっぱい), is a 1991 Japanese VHS release featuring four first series episodes. It was re-released in 2002 under the title Thomas the Tank Engine Bilingual Edition Volume 2 (Japanese: きかんしゃトーマス 二カ国語版 2巻) with episodes narrated by both Leo Morimoto and Ringo Starr.
