Tidmouth Pier is a popular tourist destination at Tidmouth Beach. The Sodor Lifeboat Station is located just south of the pier.
History[]
At the shore end of the pier there is a hall of mirrors and an ice cream stand, while at the head of the pier there is a big hall for events. A small narrow gauge electric line runs along the pier to take holidaymakers between the two ends.
For the pier's one-hundredth anniversary, a small line was laid down for Sidney to run along.
There was once also a jungle gym at the pier, though this has since been dismantled and moved to the Sodor Animal Park.
