Tidmouth Tunnel (also known as Conrad's Bridge or the Castle Tunnel) is a tunnel on the Little Western located just north of Tidmouth, next to a duck pond.

• Tidmouth Tunnel has had numerous modifications throughout the years:
  • Series 7:
    • The architecture of the tunnel changes.
    • The lake became significantly smaller.
    • The rock face is absent.
    • A row of telephone lines are added to the line side.
  • Tale of the Brave:
    • The tunnel's architecture returned to its original design.
    • The lake returned to the size seen in the third series.
    • The rock face returns.
    • The telephone poles are removed.
• The tunnel's model that would appear in the seventh series onwards was first used for a set in the sixth series episode Jack Frost.
• The tunnel is based on the Great Western Railway's Twerton Tunnel.
• According to Sam Wilkinson at the fifth Awdry Extravaganza, the tunnel was known as "Conrad's Bridge" during production of the model series.
  • Interestingly, his 2014 map of Sodor labels both "Conrad's Bridge" and "Tidmouth Tunnel" as separate, shorter tunnels when compared to the map from The Railway Series ("Conrad's Bridge" being where the southern bore would be, while "Tidmouth Tunnel" is where the northern bore would be) with the Tidmouth Logging Halt between them.
• In some episodes of the third and seventh series, the tunnel appears to be located near the Sodor Bay Bridge.
