Time For a Story is a magazine story illustrated using photographs from the CGI television series.
Plot
Thomas is excited; he is to take some books to the children for a "Special Story Time." On his way to the children, he diverts himself onto an old branch line to avoid stopping at a red signal. The branch line is very bumpy and the trucks fly off the rails and crash into a field. Thomas is upset - until he has an idea; if he cannot take the books to the children, he can take the children to the books. So, he collects Annie and Clarabel and takes the children and their teacher to the field where she reads them all a wonderful story.
