Toby and the Parcel is a magazine story.
Plot[]
Toby loses the clapper in his bell. Later, when Percy takes the post train, he discovers he has lost a parcel. The Fat Controller explains that the parcel is addressed to him and he had taken it as he was in a hurry. The parcel contains a new clapper for Toby's bell.
