Togo Igawa

Togo Igawa (伊川東吾), born as Yoshiyuki Baba (馬場義之, born in Tokyo, Japan on 26 September 1946) is a Japanese-born actor who provides voices for both English language dubs of Thomas & Friends. He has also worked primarily in British film and television.

In addition to being a native Japanese speaker, he is fluent in English and French.
