Toshiko Maeda (前田 敏子, born on 5 October 1932 in Tokyo) is a Japanese voice actress who provided a voice for Hashire! The "Thomas the Tank Engine and Friends" Steam Locomotive is Alive!.
She is most recognised as the voice of Melinda from "Golgo 13". She also provides voices for "Rosario + Vampire", "D.Gray-man", "Elementhunters", and "Hanayamata".
