Vicarstownis the largest city on the far eastern side of Sodor and the final station before the bridge leading to the Mainland.

- Vicarstown Station - the main railway station for the town of Vicarstown.
- Vicarstown Sheds - a currently unseen engine shed which is home to Henry.
- Vicarstown Museum of History - a museum located on the streets below the station, where Sir Topham Hatt's family hat is preserved.
- Vicarstown Plaza - a small garden located behind the Vicarstown Museum.
- Vicarstown Theatre - a performing arts structure; many special events, such as the Vicarstown Carnival, are held here.
- Vicarstown Zoo - a local wildlife centre nearby the town that keeps a tiger as one of their attractions.
- Vicarstown Lighthouse - a tall red and white-striped lighthouse located atop a rocky outcropping north of Vicarstown.
- Vicarstown Bridge - a bascule bridge over the Walney Channel, connecting the Island of Sodor to the Mainland.
- Vicarstown Intersection - an intersection at the bottom of the hill to the west of the town.
