Watch Out! (Spanish: ¡Cuidado!, German: Achtung!) is a bilingual "Play-a-Sounds" book.
Plot[]
Thomas and Billy have to deliver some freight cars to Brendam Docks. Billy completes the job first and speeds across the line after he is uncoupled. He almost crashes into Hector at a crossing, who advises him to slow down. Billy does not listen, however, and continues speeding down the track. He accidentally runs into the back of Whiff's truck and gets covered in trash. He now sees why he should have slowed down and watched out, with Thomas telling him that they should get him a washdown.

- The trucks do not have facial expressions.
- Hector's footplate is white in one illustration instead of black.
- Despite the whistle button featuring Thomas' whistle, the whistle sound is a stock sound effect that does not sound like Thomas'.
- In the sixth illustration, Billy's running board is grey.
- In the same illustration, Hector's name on the side is missing.
