Lower Tidmouth is depicted as Crosby and Knapford Sheds are depicted as Tidmouth Sheds.
The programme uses The Railway Series versions of stories as reference to certain events such as:
- The tunnel Henry was shut up in and the tunnel where Henry freed an elephant are treated as two different tunnels.
- James' bootlace incident occurred near Kellsthorpe Road.
