- Like the later DVD Thomas' Christmas Carol, the Series 13-18 intro, Engine Roll Call and credits made by Nitrogen Studios are used on the US/CAN release despite the episodes being from the nineteenth series.
- Henry Spots Trouble appears on the Australian release, distributed by the ABC, despite them having previously banned this episode from airing due to a perceived anti-vaccination message.
Goofs
- Steve D'Angelo and Terry Tompkins are credited for rearranging the theme song, but the nineteenth series version of the theme song is not featured on the DVD.
- The description of the DVD mentions that Henry thinks he has the chickenpox, but in the actual episode, he only fears of catching it.
- The half of Cranky's crane arm is cut off on the US Digital Download cover and the menu.
- Harold is flipped and Cranky is not shown on the Australian DVD cover.
- Flying Scotsman appears on the Croatia DVD front cover, but he does not appear in any episodes.
- The closed captioning is incorrect in certain scenes:
- The Steamworks is referred to as "The steam works".
- Stephen Hatt is named "Steven".
- The Main Line is referred to as "The Mainland" at one point during Henry Spots Trouble.
- At one point during Salty All At Sea, "and" is misspelt as "an".
