Whiff's Recycling Plant is a large facility for recycling on the Island of Sodor. It was owned and runned by Whiff. Boxy used to live there too.

While in the original television series the location was referred to as Whiff's Waste Dump, in All Engines Go it has been renamed to Whiff's Recycling Plant to promote better environmental practises.
Despite the Recycling Plant being named after Whiff, he did not physically appear in All Engines Go until the second series.
- According to producer Rick Suvalle, there were plans for Whiff to make a physical appearance in the first series, however these did not come to fruition due to Nelvana not having the budget to make Whiff's model and the time, and thus his debut was thus pushed back to the second series.^[1]
