- The back cover of the US version has a picture from James and the Queen of Sodor, but that episode is not featured on any of the DVDs.
- On the back cover of the US version, Carnival Capers has Milkshake Muddle DVD on the spine.
- Duck appear on the back cover in the US version, but he does not appear in the movie or any episodes. Although he got dropped in the movie.
