Whistling! is a rhyming magazine story.
Plot
Percy is trying to rest in the shed after working all night, when Duck comes up whistling. Next, Thomas, Bill, and Ben noisily chuff past. Then, the Fat Controller even comes by whistling; he has a job for Percy. Bertie had broken down and Percy has to take his passengers to their football match. The team invites Percy to stay and watch the game. Now Percy doesn't mind the noise of the children cheering!
