It is winter on the Island of Sodor and Thomas, the shunting locomotive and his two passenger coaches Annie and Clarabel are having a lot of fun with their new snowplough. But they need to learn, that fun can quickly become serious danger, especially if you get stuck in the snow! Terence, the caterpillar and Bertie, the friendly bus, help in the danger!
Henry and the Flying Kipper[]
What is the matter with Henry? He whines and is complaining about "lack of drive power!" The Fat Controller threatens to shut him down, but then, the problem gets solved: Henry is getting the wrong kind of coal... But it is not so easy after all: While pulling the "Flying Kipper", a heavy mistake at the signal box throws Henry off the rails. Blessing in disguise for old Henry!

- Percy is introduced in the credits, despite him not appearing in the audiobook.
- Sometimes, the engines call the Fat Controller "Sir" (like in the eighth series onwards), and sometimes they call him "Chef" (like in the first to fifth series).
Goofs[]
- Terence is called a "Bulldozer" by the narrator. However, in the next audiobook, he is still called a Bulldozer by the narrator, but this time, he says: "Bulldozer? Well, I still think caterpillar sounds better".
- When Thomas is driving on his branch line, it is said that he eventually reaches Gordon's Hill, but that is not on his branch line.
- Michael von Rospatt's name is misspelled "Michael von Rospat".
