Yasuhiro Takato (高戸 靖広, born 23 January 1968) is a Japanese voice actor who was affiliated with Aoni Production and provided voices for the Japanese dub of Thomas & Friends.
He is most famous as the role of Russia from "Hetalia", Gluttony from "Fullmetal Alchemist", Shalnark from "Hunter x Hunter", Elecmon from the "Digimon" series, Satori and Bepo from "One Piece", and Artemis in "Sailor Moon".
