Yasunori Masutani (増谷 康紀, born 5th July 1961 in Sapporo, Hokkaido) is a Japanese voice actor who provided voices for the Japanese narration of Thomas & Friends during the first and fourth series.
He has provided voices for a number of cartoons and animes, such as "One Piece", "Digimon Adventure", and "Batman: The Brave and the Bold", but he is best known for voicing Raphael Sorel from the "Soulcaliber" game series.
